Ingredients:

• 1banana
• 1 cup of milk
• ice cream

1. Put two spoons of ice cream in the jar
2. Mash the banana with a fork
3. Put in the jar with the ice cream and stir
4. Add the milk
5. Put the lid on he jar
6. Shake it all together
7. Pour into a glass

• 1 glass  milk
• ice cream
• 1 teaspoon of hot water
• 1 teaspoon of sugar

1. Put the chocolate power into the jar
2. Add the hot water and stir
3. Add the milk and stir

THANKSGIVING 2010

El día de acción de gracias o `Thanksgiving´ se celebra en Estados Unidos en cuarto jueves de noviembre. En Canadá, por el contario, lo hacen en octubre. Este día se celebra con una cena en familia y se da gracias por la riqueza y la abundancia del país. También se conmemora el banquete entre los indígenas americanos y los nuevos pobladores en 1621,  por la buena cosecha que se originó durante ese año. Este día se recuerda como agradecimiento a los indígenas que ayudaron a los primeros ciudadanos a salir adelante.
